I've found multiple guides for Quest 64 online, but none had a simple way of presenting all 98 spirit locations.
Here's a quick guide to get them all. RPGClassics has a guide but it's no longer maintained and was missing 2.
Tip:
Harder to find spirits are easier to see during the night cycle in-game. The white spot will be easier to see in the distance:
